May the gardener of our hearts
Tend to us each day To dig out life’s weeds So we may grow in His ways May He Prune us back each year And refresh us with His tears When we remember the crown Upon His furrowed brow And nourished us by His Spirit Without no limit The life blood it will flow to make sturdy roots That we may follow him in our walking boots And He loves us each second From the day we were beckoned To become a seed in His wondrous garden Where we were given grace, mercy and pardoned © Janet Butler |

The Gypsies are all saved
It spread across the nation the Gypsies are all saved They gave there heat’s to Jesus He wash their spirits clean Among the Gypsy people there was no hate nor greed Just a loving friendship spread there by the lord He went out on highways and behind the hedges There he found the gypsies sinning every day He forgave them all their badness and taught them all the word The outcast of the people and yet we’ve found the lord |

Ascend/Creative Writing Course 28.2.09 GOD I’ve given you my heart And asked you to come in You done just that You took away my sin Can’t believe you’d do it Just for me Why would you want to? You say let me love you please I reply ok and things begin to change And I start to see Beyond my own range I start to look at others And not just myself You can serve God in other ways Not just wealth You can go and do some shopping Or make a cup of tea Have a listening ear Or give a hug they’re free Read Gods word Or pray for one another Take them to the church Be a Good Samaritan brother Amen |
